1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") defines the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the website ogpixelpay.ru (hereinafter — "Website"), operated by OGPixelPay (hereinafter — "Operator"), with respect to services for topping up gaming accounts and purchasing digital goods.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and accept its terms. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Policy, please stop using the Website.

2. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with:

• Other applicable regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

3. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

• Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified natural person.

• User — a person using the Website for topping up gaming accounts and purchasing digital goods.

• Digital good — activation keys, gift cards, in‑game currency, subscriptions and other digital products delivered in electronic form.

• Gaming account — the user's account on a third‑party gaming platform (Steam, Epic Games, Genshin Impact, PlayStation Network, etc.) specified by the User for crediting funds or activating a product.

• Access credentials — the login and password of a gaming account provided by the User to perform a top‑up via account login.

• Proof of payment — a document (screenshot, bank statement, receipt) confirming the fact of a payment made by the User, requested by the Operator for transaction verification.

• Processing — any action with personal data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, etc.

• Cookie — small files placed on the user's device to store session and preference information.

4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED

4.1. Data provided by the User

• Email address;

• Phone number;

• Gaming identifier — login, account ID or nickname on a gaming platform specified by the User for crediting funds;

• Gaming account and application passwords — passwords for accounts on gaming platforms and in gaming applications that require the Operator to log into the User's account to perform a top‑up (Steam, Epic Games, Genshin Impact, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends, etc.). Passwords are used solely to perform the top‑up operation and are deleted immediately upon its completion;

• Gaming platform details — account region, wallet currency and other parameters necessary for a correct top‑up;

• Payment details (card number, cardholder name — processed through a certified payment gateway; OGPixelPay does not store full card data);

• Proof of payment — screenshots, bank statements, receipts and other documents confirming the fact of payment, provided by the User at the Operator's request or voluntarily in case of disputes;

• Order, top‑up and transaction history;

• Content of support inquiries, including screenshots and correspondence with gaming platforms (when necessary to resolve disputes).

4.2. Data collected automatically

• IP address;

• Browser type and version, operating system;

• Device data (screen size, language);

• Visit information: pages, time, session duration, traffic source;

• Cookies and similar technologies.

4.3. Data not collected by the Operator

OGPixelPay does not request or store:

• Full bank card data (processed exclusively on the payment provider's side);

• The User's personal correspondence on gaming platforms.

• User's consent — for data provided voluntarily during registration or order placement;

• Performance of a contract — for data necessary to provide services (account top‑up, delivery of a digital good);

• Legitimate interests of the Operator — ensuring security, preventing fraud, protection against chargebacks.

7. STORAGE AND USE OF GAMING ACCOUNT PASSWORDS

Since topping up certain gaming accounts and applications requires direct login to the User's account, OGPixelPay processes the login and password of the gaming account as follows:

• Passwords are transmitted via a secure channel and used exclusively to perform the top‑up;

• Passwords are not stored in plain text after the operation is completed — they are deleted immediately upon crediting of funds;

• Access to passwords is restricted to authorized Operator employees who have been briefed on the handling of confidential information;

• OGPixelPay strongly recommends that the User change the gaming account password immediately after the top‑up is completed. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access and improves the security of your account;

• OGPixelPay is not liable for actions of third parties performed using the passwords if the User has not changed the password after the top‑up.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

• Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

• The retention period is determined by the purpose of processing:

  • Order and transaction data — at least 3 years from the date of the last activity (for tax accounting purposes and resolution of possible disputes);

  • Gaming account passwords — deleted immediately after the top‑up operation is completed;

  • Proof of payment — stored for up to 3 years from the date of provision (for the purpose of resolving possible disputes and confirming the fact of payment to payment providers and government authorities);

  • Gaming identifiers — deleted together with the User's account on the Website or upon request;

  • Support inquiries — 1 year from the date the inquiry is closed;

  • Technical data (cookies, logs) — up to 90 days, unless otherwise required for security incident investigation.

• Upon expiration of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without the User's explicit consent, with the exception of:

• Payment providers — for processing transactions and confirming the fact of payment (including providing proof of payment submitted by the User);

• Gaming platforms — the gaming identifier and top‑up amount are transferred to the respective platform (Steam, Epic Games, Genshin Impact, etc.) solely for the purpose of crediting funds to the User's account;

• Authorized government authorities — upon lawful request;

• Hosting providers and analytics services — to the extent necessary to ensure the operation of the Website.

All third parties gaining access to the data are obliged to maintain confidentiality and use the data solely for the specified purposes.

10. COOKIES

The Website uses cookies to:

• Maintain the user's session and settings;

• Remember authorization and selected gaming platforms;

• Analyze traffic and user behavior;

• Ensure the correct operation of the shopping cart and order placement.

The User may disable cookies in their browser settings. In this case, some features of the Website (authorization, order placement) may be unavailable.

The Operator applies the following protective measures:

• Storage of passwords (for the account on the Website) in hashed form;

• Data backup;

• Regular updating of software and infrastructure.

12. ANTI‑FRAUD MEASURES AND DATA PROCESSING IN DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS

Due to the specifics of its activities (selling digital goods, topping up gaming accounts), OGPixelPay has the right to:

• Record and store transaction data, including IP address, time, payment method and gaming identifier, to prevent fraud;

• Request proof of payment from the User — screenshots of payment receipts, bank account statements, screenshots from the banking application — to verify the fact of payment, especially in cases of:

  • delayed payment confirmation by the payment provider;

  • disputed transactions and chargebacks;

  • suspected fraudulent activity;

  • support inquiries regarding non‑crediting of funds;

• Request additional supporting data from the User (screenshots of the gaming profile, transaction history on the platform) when improper actions are suspected;

• Transfer the collected materials, including proof of payment, to payment providers and government authorities as part of the investigation of disputed transactions.

The User's refusal to provide the requested proof of payment may affect the ability to resolve the dispute in the User's favor, but is not a ground for refusal of service without consideration of the circumstances.

13. USER RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

• Request information about what data is being processed about them;

• Obtain a copy of their personal data;

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (including the gaming identifier);

• Request deletion of data (right to be forgotten) — if there are no legal grounds for further storage;

• Withdraw consent to processing;

• Restrict processing — where appropriate grounds exist;

• File a complaint with Roskomnadzor.

To exercise these rights, send a request to privacy@ogpixelpay.ru with the subject line "Personal Data Request". A response is provided within 30 days.

14. PROCESSING OF MINORS' DATA

The Website is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Some digital goods may have age restrictions established by game developers or gaming platforms.

OGPixelPay does not knowingly collect personal data of minors. When placing an order, the User confirms that they have reached the age required to use the respective product. If you believe that your child's data has been collected, please contact us — we will delete it.

15. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes agreement with the updated Policy.
